Analysts say the transaction significantly boosts the firm\u2019s ability to compete in the growing <strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"841\">global investment management industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"1128\">Schroders currently manages about <strong data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"904\">\u00a3824 billion in assets<\/strong>, with a strong footprint across the EMEA region. Nuveen oversees approximately <strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1001\">$1.4 trillion<\/strong>, mainly in the Americas. The merger will expand geographic reach and diversify revenue streams across major financial markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1412\">Under the agreement, the <strong data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1210\">Schroders brand and London headquarters will remain<\/strong>, preserving its long-standing identity.
