Revenue from Operations Surges Over 100% YoY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL)<\/strong>, the Miniratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)<\/strong> under the Ministry of Mines<\/strong>, reported a 148% rise in net profit<\/strong> for the quarter ending December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26). The consolidated net profit<\/strong> stood at \u20b9156 crore<\/strong>, up from \u20b962.87 crore<\/strong> in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

The company’s revenue from operations<\/strong> jumped 109.7% year-on-year<\/strong> to \u20b9687.34 crore<\/strong>, compared to \u20b9327.77 crore<\/strong> in Q3 FY25. Total income<\/strong> rose to \u20b9705.31 crore<\/strong>, marking an increase of 105.28%<\/strong> against \u20b9343.57 crore<\/strong> in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.<\/p>\n

Interim Dividend Approved for FY26<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Hindustan Copper\u2019s board of directors<\/strong> approved an interim dividend of \u20b91 per equity share<\/strong>, equivalent to 20% of the face value<\/strong> of \u20b95 each, for the financial year 2025\u201326.<\/p>\n

    About Hindustan Copper Limited<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Incorporated in 1967<\/strong>, HCL is India\u2019s only vertically integrated copper producer<\/strong>, responsible for exploration, mining, and beneficiation of copper ore<\/strong>. It operates mines in Malanjkhand (Madhya Pradesh), Khetri (Rajasthan), and Ghatsila (Jharkhand)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    HCL also runs primary smelter and refinery facilities in Ghatsila<\/strong>, a secondary smelter and refining plant in Jhagadia (Gujarat)<\/strong>, and a continuous cast copper wire rod plant in Taloja (Maharashtra)<\/strong>. Some smelting and refining operations at Jhagadia and Ghatsila have been suspended since 2019<\/strong> due to business considerations, while Taloja currently handles third-party tolling operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
